The company was founded by Dr. Praise Zwane who is the current CEO. Dr. Praise Zwane has more than 12 years of SHEQ Management experience in the petrochemical, power and energy, manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, civil, solar, construction and oil and gas industry working for companies operating with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 3834-2 management systems. He has NEBOSH International General Certificate as well as various quality, safety and environmental qualifications and is a registered CHSM (Construction Health and Safety Manager) registered with the SACPCMP. His experience include: Development and implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. Management of safety, security and quality staff on multiple local and international projects operating simultaneously. ​ Evaluate subcontractors and establish an audit program for continuous monitoring during projects. Conduct risk assessments, audits and incident investigations. Assist Project Managers with the incorporation of safety and quality into project schedule to ensure productive planning and effective SHEQ resource allocations.
